Being in real estate for over 25 years and primarily working with residential sales and management, I created the blog to assist home buyers and sellers with the real estate process. I am currently in full time management of one of the top Coldwell Banker Companies in Tennessee and the US, with 54 agents. Our Company’s primary market is the Jackson, Tennessee Area. We service Jackson, Medina, Humboldt, Milan, Lexington and a large geographic area in West Tennessee. Our Parent company is located in Nashville, TN (Coldwell Banker Barnes), and also sister company to Coldwell Banker Snow and Wall in Murfreesboro, TN.
For those unfamilar with Jackson, we are located East of Memphis about 1 hour, and West of Nashville about 2 hours, right in the heart of West Tennessee.
My educational background includes a Bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin, and my MBA from Middle Tennessee State University. I have also completed requirements for several designations that are recognized by the National Association of Realtors including the CRS, GRI, ABR, ABRM, and ePro designations.
